Interpreter Recruitment Process
Initially, we request prospective interpreters to submit their CVs and fill out our forms to showcase their relevant experience, highlighting their field of specialization, hours dedicated to interpretation, their certificates, and any additional qualifications. Alongside this, the candidates are required to complete a recruitment form, providing details about their background, availability, and preferred languages.
Those who meet our initial criteria proceed to an evaluation test call where we assess their interpretation skills. We also stress the importance of a strict code of ethics, emphasizing confidentiality, impartiality, and professionalism in their services.
Upon successfully passing the evaluation and embracing our ethical standards, interpreters go through a comprehensive onboarding process to acquaint themselves with our platforms, software, and client-specific requirements before they start working on actual projects with us.
